It feels intimidating to start a new journal again.
I'm going to make a dedicated attempt to do this. In part because I miss journal culture (my kingdom for threaded comments!) but also because it's probably good for my mental health, and I'm still suffering from periodic memory loss. So, record keeping is good too. I also feel like I've been writing through Twitter for far too long, and putting together sentences and paragraphs seems so daunting. I hate thinking that Twitter, one of life's shittier platforms, has warped me to the point where I can't go over 280 characters. This seems like the best start.
I feel like I should also point out that it took me over an hour to curate and upload my allotted 15 free icons, because apparently some things never die.
